ID Requirements

ID Requirements

Our studio in Austin is located in Travis County which requires consent for every procedure.


You must have a valid government issued form of ID with you at the time of your appointment or walking in.


We cannot use expired forms of ID.


Acceptable forms of identification include:


- State-Issued Driver’s License or Instructional Drivers Permit
- Federal issued Identification State-Issued ID Card Passport
or Passport Card


Photographs of IDs will not be accepted.

For minors getting pierced, you must have the following
with you:


1. You must be accompanied by a birth parent or legal guardian.
 2. If you are bringing your guardian, you must bring the official court custody documents.
 3. Both adult and child must have an acceptable form of ID from the list to identify the both parties.
4. You must bring your actual birth certificate or full-size printed copy to prove parent-ship.
